Do you charge for a quote for a design?

A: Yes, A professional designer will come out to your home for 1-1.5hr to discuss ideas as well as draw concept sketches that you retain after the meeting. At the end of that consultation you will be given a quote for a complete set of detailed master plans.

Do you charge for a construction estimate?

A: No, only if you have a professionally drawn plan from a landscape architect or professional design/build firm, one of our design/estimators will come out to discuss your ideas take the design and provide you with a quote within 5-10 days.

Do you do design and build?

A: Yes, we handle all your design requirements and we do have a project management service available to you that will handle all landscape construction needs.

If we contract your firm for a design do we have to have you build the project?

A: No, We are a design and project management firm. You contract the design separately from construction. You pay for the design it is up to you who you hire.

How much does this cost?

A: Prices vary depending on the size and requirements of your project. The cost of the project can range from $400 to $1500 and up. It all depends on the size of your project.

A: All of our designers have university, college or work experience in landscape design.

How many people do I deal with?

A: Through each stage of the design process you deal with one designer throughout your design stage.

How much detail is put into the design?

A: As much or as little as the customer requires. We include enough information for building code requirements.

Will the design include plant labels and other information that I will require?

A: Your design drawing will include plant labels and if required it will contain labels for paving materials and other features that your design contains. The design will also be plotted to an appropriate scale so that you can refer back to it for any dimension that you may require.

Are there packages available if I want the design and installation done by you?

A: We currently do not have any packages available.

Do you do free estimates?

A: If you choose our company to do your design work for you, than we will provide you with a free estimate of your installation.
